How do labels work for guests?
Guests can't interact with your organization's labels.
Visibility: Guests cannot see any labels applied to conversations, even if they are participants in those conversations.
Interaction: Guests also cannot add labels to conversations, remove labels, or create new labels (whether personal or organization-wide).
Label management is a feature reserved for internal team members to maintain organizational consistency.
