Guest Access in Missive is subject to certain limits to ensure secure and manageable collaboration with external partners.
How many guests?
- Guest accesses are included in all Missive plans (Free, Starter, Productive and Business).
- You get 5 guests' access per Missive user. For example, if you have 8 users in your organization, you can invite up to 40 guests.
- Each guest can participate in up to 5 conversations.
- Monitor your guest usage and limits in Settings > Guests.
What can guests do?
- View conversation content, including messages (emails, SMS, etc.), attachments, tasks, and internal chat messages.
- Post internal chat messages, with the option to include attachments.
- @mention users already present in the conversation.
- Guests can't be invited to default team and organization chat rooms.
By utilizing Guest Access, you can extend your collaborative efforts beyond your internal team while maintaining control and security within Missive.
