How does the 'Reply using canned responses' OpenAI feature work?
Missive identifies the top 3 canned responses that best match the content of the email you want to reply to. This calculation is made in Missive's database.
When the top 3 matches have been selected, they are sent to OpenAI as "Documentation" and OpenAI replies inside Missive's draft composer based on the documentation and the email received.
