How do AI conditions work?
AI conditions allow you to analyze email content using natural language prompts. In the rule editor, you'll see a "Prompt" condition type that lets you define criteria for the AI to evaluate. The AI evaluates the email and returns a response, which can then be matched against criteria you define (such as "is" or "contains").
For example, as shown in the UI, you can create a prompt that analyzes incoming emails to determine if they meet specific criteria like containing dates and project deadlines. You would enter your analysis instructions in the prompt field, and then set the condition to match when the result "is" equal to "YES" or another expected value.
The same prompt can be re-used in multiple rules, and will only be evaluated once per email, so you can define multiple rules, each having different outcomes based on the AI prompt's answer.
