How much of email account history is imported in Missive?
The amount of email account history that will be imported depends on your plan.
- Free plan: 15 days
- Starter and above: unlimited
When importing an email account, you have the option to reduce or increase this limit at the moment you first connected your email account (the selected default was 1 year).
See the image below showing where to change the history limit. Upon increasing it, your older emails will start importing, which may take some time.
If you are on a paid plan and don't see this Email history section, it means Missive already imported your full email history.
