Prompt: Analyze this email and respond with ONLY ONE of these exact words: 'sales', 'support', or 'billing'"
- Rule 1: If prompt result contains "sales", assign to Sales team
- Rule 2: If prompt result contains "support", assign to Support team
- Rule 3: If prompt result contains "billing", assign to Finance team
